By using loudsignature.com or purchasing services from Loud Signature (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service.
We provide custom audio services including (but not limited to): intros, outros, stingers, jingles, taglines, and brand audio packages (“Deliverables”).
To begin production, you must:
Submit the intake form with accurate project details
Complete payment
Production starts after both are received.
Standard delivery time is 72 hours unless otherwise stated on your package or agreed in writing. Delivery times may be extended due to incomplete intake information, late client responses, or requested changes.
Revisions are included based on your selected package.
A “revision” means adjustments to elements such as wording, tone, pacing, mix balance, timing, or small arrangement edits based on the original direction.
A full rewrite/re-record/rebuild (major direction change, new concept, or restarting the project from scratch) is treated as a new project and may require an additional fee.
You agree to:
Provide accurate brand info, pronunciation notes, and reference links (if any)
Respond to revision questions promptly to avoid delays
Confirm spelling, names, and required disclaimers before final delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
After full payment, you receive a license to use the final Deliverables for your brand/content.
You may not resell or redistribute Deliverables as standalone products (e.g., selling the jingle by itself).
If you provide copyrighted material (lyrics, melodies, references), you represent you have the rights to use them.
You may not use our services to create content that is illegal, hateful, or that infringes on others’ intellectual property.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (views, sales, engagement, or revenue). We guarantee delivery of the purchased service as described.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Loud Signature is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Loud Signature)

Because our services are custom digital work, refunds are limited once production begins.
Production begins when payment is received and the intake form is submitted (or when we start working based on your provided direction—whichever happens first).
Before production begins: You may request a cancellation and refund (minus any processing fees that cannot be recovered).
After production begins: No refunds are provided due to the custom nature of the work.
If we fail to deliver within the stated timeframe without communication or without a valid delay reason (missing info, late responses, scope changes), you may request:
A delivery update and new ETA, or
A credit toward future work, or
A refund review at our discretion depending on project status
We work with you to make reasonable adjustments within your package revision limits. Clear direction and timely responses help us hit the best result fastest.
If you have an issue, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
